SAMPLE ITINERARY

 

Day 1. Arrival

Arrival at Sofia Airport. You will be welcomed by a professional tour guide. Depending on arrival time a sightseeing tour of Sofia including a visit to the St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral. Continue to Plovdiv. Dinner and overnight in Plovdiv.

 

Day 2. Plovdiv, concert in Plovdiv

Sightseeing tour of Old Plovidv -visit the Ethnographic museum, the Church of St. Konstantine and Helena, the impressive Roman Theater (2nd century AC) - enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the old town. Time for rehearsal in the afternoon. Overnight in Plovdiv

In the evening: Joint Concert with a Bulgarian Choir

 

Day 3. Bachkovo Monastery, concert in Shiroka Luka

After breakfast leave the city to visit the country’s second largest monastery Bachkovo. See the monastery’s church and refectory, known for their splendid frscoes. Continue to the town museum Shiroka Luka - situated in the picturesque greenery of the Rhodope Mountains and known for its old ethnographic houses and the School of Music. Joint Concert at the National School of Music and Folklore in Shiroka Luka. Dinner and overnight in Plovdiv

 

Day 4. Departure

Transfer to Sofia. Depending on flight schedule time at leisure in the centre. Transfer to Sofia airport.

 

Itinerary can be redisigned in accordance to flight schedule and client’s requests.
